User Accounts

Cancellation

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial to new users. Trial accounts have access to the same features as paid accounts. AI processing during the trial is metered and subject to usage limits. We may change or withdraw trial terms for future users at any time.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

MaxOut.ai and its technology, including AI models, software, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your sales calls and data. You grant us a license to process this data to provide our services and improve our AI models using anonymized data.

Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with advance notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

MaxOut.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
