    MaxOut.ai for Zoom

    MaxOut.ai is a sales coaching app. The MAXOUT app for Zoom lets MaxOut.ai read the transcripts of your own Zoom meetings and Zoom Phone calls. MaxOut.ai then scores each call and coaches you. An imported meeting needs no recorder in it.

    What you need

    • A MaxOut.ai account.
    • For Zoom meetings: a paid Zoom plan with cloud recording, enough cloud storage left, and Create audio transcript turned on in Zoom Settings → Recording. The meeting must be hosted on your own Zoom account, recorded to the cloud, and on the calendar you connected in MaxOut.ai, with auto-join on and Live Coach off.
    • For Zoom Phone calls: a Zoom Phone license. Your Zoom admin must turn on call recording, and under it, Allow call recording transcription.

    Connect Zoom

    1. 1. Sign in to MaxOut.ai and open Integrations.
    2. 2. On the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom. If the card says Coming soon, Zoom cannot be connected yet.
    3. 3. Zoom asks you to allow MAXOUT. Click Allow.
    4. 4. Back in MaxOut.ai, the Zoom card says Connected and asks you to choose what runs automatically. Pick All new calls (tick Also analyze my Zoom Phone calls for phone calls too) and click Start. Nothing is imported until you do. Later, the Import and analyze new calls automatically switch turns this on or off.

    What MaxOut.ai imports

    • Zoom meetings: the transcript of future meetings you host on your connected calendar that do not already have a recorder booked. MaxOut.ai reads it after Zoom has made it, instead of sending a recorder.
    • Zoom Phone calls: calls you make and take on your own Zoom Phone number, after Zoom has recorded and transcribed them. Calls to a shared call queue are not imported. If your Zoom card has no Zoom Phone calls section, Zoom Phone import is not switched on for you yet.
    • MaxOut.ai reads Zoom's transcript. It does not download the audio.
    • Each imported call is analyzed automatically. This can use AI credits.

    Live coaching in a Zoom meeting

    In a meeting in the Zoom desktop app, open Apps, then MAXOUT, and sign in with your MaxOut.ai account. Click Start coaching this meeting: a recorder joins the meeting and coaching tips appear in the panel. Click Open full coach to see them in MaxOut.ai.

    Stop or disconnect

    • Turn off a switch: new calls are no longer imported. Calls already imported stay, and you can still analyze them.
    • Disconnect in MaxOut.ai: on the Zoom card, click Disconnect, then Yes, disconnect. MaxOut.ai removes its access at Zoom. Calls already imported stay in your account.

    Remove the app in Zoom

    In the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps, then remove MAXOUT. MaxOut.ai then deletes every call it imported from your Zoom account: meetings and Zoom Phone calls. Calls from other sources stay. Deleted calls are permanently deleted after 30 days.

    Your data

    • What is saved: the transcript, call details from Zoom (date, length, meeting topic, and the names or numbers of the people on the call), and MaxOut.ai's analysis.
    • What is removed first: MaxOut.ai automatically removes Social Security numbers, full card numbers and passport numbers it finds in a transcript before saving it.
